Frequently Asked Questions

What types of personal injury cases do you handle?

I represent clients in a wide range of injury cases, including car accidents, trip and falls, workplace accidents, construction injuries, pedestrian accidents, bike accidents.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

No. I advance all litigation costs. I work on a contingency fee basis, which means you don’t pay unless I win your case. My fee comes as a percentage of your settlement or verdict.

How long do I have to file a personal injury claim in New York?

Deadlines can vary depending on who the other party is — so don’t wait to get in touch.

Do I have to go to your office?

I can meet you online, at your home or at a hospital if you are in one. I’m also happy to travel to your office and of course you are welcome to my office, but an in person meeting is not neccessary.

Will I have to go to court?

Most personal injury cases in NYC are settled outside of court. But if trial becomes necessary, I’ll be fully prepared to represent you aggressively in court.

What is my case worth?

Every case is unique. Compensation depends on the severity of the injuries, medical costs, lost wages, pain and suffering, and more.

How long will the process take?

It varies. Some cases settle within a few months, while others take several years. I always push for a timely resolution without compromising results.

How can I contact you?
You can call, text, or email me directly — no receptionist, no middlemen. I work personally with every client.
